CLAY COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES PARENTING EVENT SET FOR TOMORROW, 4TH ANNUAL RESOURCE ROUNDUP ON MAY 7TH

The Clay County Health Department is set to host two key events this spring aimed at equipping caregivers with tools and community connections. First, a special parenting workshop titled "Big Feelings Little Kids" is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7th, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. This session will provide parents and guardians with practical strategies for helping young children navigate their emotions and develop healthy social skills.
Following this, the department will hold its 4th Annual Resource Roundup on Tuesday, May 7th. This larger community fair serves as a one-stop shop for local families to discover vital programs and services. Attendees can expect to meet representatives from numerous organizations specializing in early childhood development, family support, health services, and educational opportunities.
Both events underscore the department's ongoing commitment to strengthening family well-being from the ground up.
